Memberships & Pricing

We offer flexible membership options including Monthly Unlimited ($89/month), 3-Month Packages ($249), Annual Memberships ($799), and Drop-in Classes ($25 each). All memberships include access to group classes, gym facilities, and member events. Students and seniors receive a 15% discount with valid ID.
Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 3 months per year. Freezes must be requested at least 48 hours in advance and there's a $15 administrative fee per freeze period. Medical freezes with doctor's note are processed without fees.
Monthly memberships require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Annual memberships can be cancelled within the first 7 days for a full refund, after which they're non-refundable but can be transferred to another person with a $25 transfer fee.

Classes & Timetable

Book classes through our UTA mobile app, website, or at the front desk. Classes can be booked up to 7 days in advance. We recommend booking early as popular classes fill up quickly, especially evening and weekend sessions.
Cancel classes at least 2 hours before start time to avoid losing your class credit. Late cancellations or no-shows will deduct one class from your package. Emergency cancellations are handled case-by-case.
Join the waitlist for full classes and you'll be automatically notified if a spot opens. Waitlist notifications are sent via push notification and email. You have 30 minutes to confirm your spot once notified.

Facilities & Equipment

We're open Monday-Friday 5:30 AM - 10:00 PM, Saturday-Sunday 6:00 AM - 8:00 PM. 24/7 gym access is available for Annual members with key card access. Holiday hours may vary - check our app for updates.
Yes, we have spacious changing rooms with day-use lockers (bring your own lock), private shower stalls, and hair dryers. Premium lockers for monthly rental are available for $15/month. Towel service is included with all memberships.
Free parking is available in our dedicated lot with 150 spaces. We also have secure bike racks and are accessible by public transport (Metro Line 2, Central Station). Validate parking at the front desk for extended stays.

Personal Training & Programs

Book PT sessions through our app or speak with trainers directly. Sessions are $85 each or packages of 5 for $400, 10 for $750. All new members receive a complimentary fitness assessment and program design with our head trainer.
Our certified nutritionist offers meal planning consultations ($120/session) and our trainers provide basic nutrition guidance. We also host monthly nutrition workshops included with membership and have partnerships with local healthy meal prep services.

Accessibility & Safety

Yes, UTA is fully wheelchair accessible with ramp access, wide doorways, accessible changing rooms, and adapted equipment. We have specialized trainers experienced in adaptive fitness and can modify any program to meet individual needs.
All staff are CPR/AED certified, we have on-site first aid stations, 24/7 security monitoring, and emergency procedures posted throughout. Equipment is inspected daily and professionally serviced monthly. We maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for all activities.
